Koshiki no Kata is an interesting kata originating from Kito ryu. Kano loaned it to Kodokan but it is not an official kata required for Dan Gradings in judo. Is it included in the curriculum of any jujutsu school/organisation?

Wow.. no one here had an answer for you. ( including me) I was waiting for someone more knowledgable to respond.
I can tell you that I am not familiar with the title "Koshiki no Kata". It is not listed in the Shotokan kata, nor in the Kyokushin kata.
I would doubt that it would be in the Taikwondo syllabus. Their titles are not Japanese based.
Have you found any information about it?
