Our society has changed so much since the availability of the Internet.
I'm feeling the lack of your presence on the net, Colin.
Come back soon.

Yep Where Oh, Where is Colin. He went By-by for a while Last three weeks have had me packing, moving, unpacking and cleaning. Just got my internet connection up and running again. I have continued to train ... but am also nursing a cold, and need to recover again from it. But I am back! Colin

Thanks. Yet again I have fallen ill. I started training again hard about three weeks ago but the last week has forced me to take a break. I've used this to revisit my TKD BB form and also Bassai/Tekki.

Does your new home come with a personal dojo/ dojang possibility? That would have been a selling feature for me I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with a cold. Take lots of care of yourself. It must have been the stress of moving that lowered your immunity. How are the kids enjoying the new area? I find that my kids love exploring, and adventuring. I've been preparing for a rank test in Kyokushin. Bassai Dai has had to take a second position of importance right now. I've been really focusing on fighting my fear of inversion, and improving my back kicks.
