For those of you who may have caught last nights episode on the History Channel of the "Human Weapon" series, they done an episode on Philippine Eskrima/ Kali. They done a great job I felt on explaining the roots and the GM'sters of the system getting them the proper attention deserved. For those that did catch it, My Grand Master of our system Leo Gaje was aired on the show sharing many of his Pekiti Tirsia Kali techniques. And during the end of the show the host done a battle "full contact" stick fighting against one of the best Doce Pares system practicioners with no body armour I felt that was a great show of how the true eskrimadors practice.
So for anyone who does not know much about the FMA (filipino arts) and would like to elaborate on the show or the arts for that matter please feel free to ask

I love the show, it's great, lots of humor with those two guys. It's like the travel channel for MA geeks!

Yes, count me in as one of the MA geeks! I love this show. I think that the two hosts Bill, and Jason are fabulous ambassadors. I love watching the description of the history. I'm caught in the web of this series.
