KALI MASTERY WORKSHOP "Back To The Basics"
OCTOBER 27-28, 2007
9:00 am - 5:00 pm ( with a 1 hour break for lunch)
BRING: Water, Sparring equipment, Sticks, Training blades/knives, note book
What to expect:
This workshop will answer many questions for those who take the Filipino Martial Arts seriously. The workshop will be designed to hone and master your current skill level. We will look at each individual and work extensively to repair your current problems, or issues that you may be having. Everyone has something that could use work in a certain area.
The training will be long, rigoruous, and hard work. But by the end you will have gained a great deal of information as well as have honed your current skill level. This workshop is for the serious student who wants to take thier training to the next level.
What to expect: Sinawali, Single stick (baston), Knife disarms, flow drills, angles of attack, footwork.
COST: $100 (both days)
$ 65 (per each day)

KALI MASTERY WORKSHOP – II JUNE 28, 2008
This workshop is a comprehensive skills development program featuring Filipino Kali, also known as Eskrima or Arnis. This workshop is designed to go back to the bare basics and perfect your skill level currently or if your new to the art of Kali, it will be a great building point. We will over the course of the training build physical attributes, as well as coordination and tactical application.
• Learn single-double baston (stick) • Daga (knife) • Panantukan-Pangamut (Filipino Empty Hand Boxing) • Sikeran (Filipino Kicking Art) • And much, much more
The workshop will teach the Filipino Kali system “KAILAT” it is a modern system developed from the Inosanto/LaCoste Kali, as well as the Pekiti Tirsia Kali system. Both systems are headed by the two leading world renowned instructors of the FMA.
Study the arts today that are being taught to Law Enforcement, Military and Security Personel, as well as FBI, and SWAT.
WHAT TO BRING: * WATER , Training Sticks, Knives, Military Pants/ Shorts, (may get dirty) Note book and writing utencil.
REGISTRATION: 8:00 am sharp
WORKSHOP STARTS: Saturday 9:00am – 5:00 pm (1 hour break for lunch)
