Thank you Colin for the advice on non-emotive terms.. I can see a big difference on the effect of my sentence when read compared to the one you supplied.
I can see how developing this objective way of communicating can smooth out interactions when communicating with others while still getting the point through.
How does one "think" in objective non-emotive sentences? I ask this because my usual verbal pattern is to think with emotion. I've noticed this tendency in others, also.

I did not want to start a new Thread on this so i will post it here I would like to Thank again Mir, For all her help and work on My Dojo Manual. It is great when your Colleagues in the Martial Arts will Give a Helping Hand, We should be a Example to every one. Like the Bond that Police & Firefighters Have, we as Martial Artist should have the same Bother & Sister Hood. Not Fight about who's Art is the best, but treat each other as equals and with Respect. Mir gave me a Helping Hand and i will hang Her Certificate that I Issued Her in my Dojo, so every one can appreciate her Help. Thanks again Mir, from the bottom of my little ;D Heart Great Job... GM, Neal

You are more than welcome, GrandMaster Neal. Thank you for the honor of hanging that certificate on the wall. One day I hope to come visit you, and your students.
It was a joy to help you in your efforts to share your knowledge of the arts with others.
Feel free to call on me again.
