We are proud to announce a special award given to my son William Colin Wee who on April 15, 2005 completed 100 pushups when he was just 3 years old. This was only possible after training 3-4 times a week for 4 months. Such dedication at an early age should be an inspiration to all of us in the martial arts world.

That is totally sweet. I've always envisaged my kids doing that. Great job! With a name like that, you'll go a long way. PS: When I have some

Wonderful!
What a great start, William! Keep up the good work! What an inspiration!
***** Fireworks for you *******
As soon as I can do 100 push ups, I'll post it here, too.
Right now, I can do 20 regular ones, and 30 more from my knees. Which is alot better than 2 years ago where I couldn't get my body off the floor once.
Colin.. What are the criteria for the 100 push ups? Do they have to be done consequetively without stopping, or is there a small break between sets?

Ha ha ha... As usual, I've got too little, too late!
I'll probably be 80 years old before I can do 100 of them with my back straight without stopping. I've always got some sort of injury hampering my progress. Lately it's my left shoulder, but each part of me takes it's turn at raising it's complaints.

Martial artists need no awards and love being long suffering. Colin
